Use arrow keys to move the blue circle.
Use the "S" key to stop the blue circle
Use the [ and ] key to level up before the game starts ([ will decrease, ] will increase)
Use the space bar to shoot the red circles.
You can only have one missile on the board at a time
As you level up, the red circles start shooting and the game starts moving faster
